This makes a very quick and tasty sauce for subtle (such as steamed) dishes. It’s great with seafood if your dietary preferences allow this.
Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt together in a 1:2 ratio. Add the parsley and a dash of lemon juice. Mix together and serve. This takes 2 minutes to make, and tastes great.
Although veggie, be aware that mayonnaise contains egg, so some vegetarian types may not be keen to eat it.
