5min Kick-ass Pizza

Ingredients

1 x pizza base (or tortilla/naan/flatbread of some kind)
1 x jar of sun-dried or -blushed tomato paste
Assorted toppings (e.g. sliced mushrooms, halved olives, chopped fine beans, quartered mini tomoatoes)

Method

Spread the tomato paste on the pizza base. Place the (uncooked) toppings on the pizza. Sprinkle some mixed herbs, black pepper and, cheapo parmesan cheese and a dash of salt on top. Place on a baking tray under a 3/4 hot grill. Reduce the temparature once the pizza is starting to cook. Keep an eye open in case it begins to burn.
